The 2026 fiscal year (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026) appropriation for the Displaced Energy Worker Dependent Transition Scholarship Program is $1,100,000.

Application

The 2025-26 Displaced Energy Worker Dependent Transition Scholarship Program application is available to be completed and submitted via the Program Applications & Status Checks area of the ISAC Student Portal.

The date by which an application must be submitted is based on the first term for which the applicant wishes to receive funds for the 2025-26 academic year. While the deadlines to apply for full-year or fall-term only awards (October 1, 2025) and winter- or spring-term awards (March 1, 2026) have passed, the 2025-26 application may still be used to apply for awards for the summer term.
