Tracking for 2026-27 financial aid application completion will cover a period from October 2025 through July 31, 2026. Completion rates as of end of day July 31, 2026 will be used to determine recognition level for qualifying schools.

Public Schools:

• ISAC will use an ISBE-provided data set to prepopulate rosters for the entire class of 2026 in the ISAC Gift Assistance Programs (GAP) Access portal in November 2025.
• Schools should monitor their school rosters and make any updates as necessary to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date enrollment information.
  • Please refer to the User Guide for High School Programs, which is accessed via the GAP Access User Guides area for additional information on how to access and/or update your school’s roster.
  • CPS schools: if your data needs corrections, please work with your central office. Questions regarding CPS completion data should be addressed to [email protected].
• To be eligible for a Recognition of Excellence Award, school must meet one of the 4 qualifying thresholds of completion, below:
  • Platinum ≥ 95%
  • Gold ≥ 85%
  • Silver ≥ 75%
  • Bronze ≥ 65%

Private Schools:

• Must complete a student record upload for the entire class of 2026 into the ISAC Gift Assistance Programs (GAP) Access portal at least once between November 2025 and July 31, 2026.
