Employment Verification Process is Changing for the Loan Repayment Program

Dear Community Behavioral Health Partner Facility,
We want to let you know that the employment verification process for the Community Behavioral Health Care Professional Loan Repayment Program has changed to make it easier for both facilities and applicants. In the past, you verified employment using ISAC’s GAP Access system, which required account setup, logins, and regular maintenance. That system is no longer being used.
What's Changing?
From now on:
- Applicants will provide you with an employment verification form (either as a fillable PDF or a printed form).
- You will complete the form and return it to the applicant.
- The applicant will submit it to ISAC with the rest of their application.
The new form will be shorter and simpler than before. You won’t need to:
- Create or manage a GAP Access account;
- Remember passwords;
- Log in to any system.
Why This Change?
This new process:
- Reduces your workload;
- Makes it easier for applicants;
- Eliminates the need for account setup and maintenance to provide employment verification.
